Returns and cancellations
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Monkey Retro Art.
For standard, non-personalised products purchased online, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.
To request a return, please contact us first at contact@monkeyretroart.co.uk. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address for your order. Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it. Returned items should be kept in reasonable condition while in your care.
Personalised and custom-made items
Products that have been personalised or made to your specifications cannot normally be returned or cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a personalised or custom-made item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us and we will work with you to put things right.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us as soon as possible at contact@monkeyretroart.co.uk. Photographs of the item and packaging may help us resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once an agreed return has been received and checked, we will let you know when your refund has been processed. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Where an order is cancelled in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights, any refund due will be made within the timescales required by applicable consumer law.
Sale items
Sale or discounted items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.
